What procedures have you had ?
I’ve had laser. I’ve had somewhat kind of a reconstructive surgery. He had taken a surgery I’d had before, and repaired and made me whole again. He had done the breast augmentation surgery. I had the CO2 laser. I’ve had the upper bleph on my eyes. Should I go on? We’ve also done some injections. Started out with the injections, started out with the Botox, and then moved up a little bit, tried a few different lasers, to see how I’d react. Also, I get my products from him, as well, the skincare products. He’s got a great aesthetician that works for him, so I do that, as well.
Describe your eyelid surgery
Okay, anytime you have something done to your face, you have to trust somebody completely. It can be a very frightening experience. Working with Dr. O. Daniel, I had a genetic predisposition to a little heavier eyelid before somebody of my age would really see some drooping. I had some drooping so I did the upper left which consisted of taking just a little bit of skin off the top. I was very nervous about it. Knowing Dr. O. Daniel, and seeing what he has done, I know that he’s very meticulous. He’s very conservative so I didn’t have to worry about coming out and looking different, or not like myself. Just a more improved, rested version of myself. That’s what I feel like he accomplished.
Describe your experience with CO2 Laser
The first thing that we talked about was the skin damage. I had significant skin damage due to being a sun worshiper most of my life. We had talked about the options of what could be done to counteract that. Doctor O’Daniel recommended CO2 laser
. We sat down and talked about that and what that process entailed. Then I met him on the day of the procedure, and it did require me to go under anesthesia. It’s one of the more invasive lasers. The procedure after I woke up didn’t have any pain. I was red for quite a bit of time, but the results, which I didn’t think was possible were incredible. The Melasma that I had from the pregnancy mask as well as the sun damage around my face and skin was almost completely gone. It can’t completely reverse the damage that’s done but I’ve had significant improvement. The recovery time wasn’t that long either.
Describe your breast aug revision
Dr. O’Daniel is probably one of the kindest people that I’ve ever met. He has an incredible bedside manner, and I would consider him truly to be an artist. When I came to him for a revision of a surgery to where I had augmentation done by another plastic surgeon some time ago, and there were some reactions and some issues that left me a little deformed and in a lot of pain, and I came to Dr. O’Daniel nervous and concerned and wanting to see if he could help me and thinking that there was no hope because there damage was already done, but he let me know what he could do with minimal invasion.
We went through the process together. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease before and after the surgery and the followup was incredible. What he was able to accomplish and bring me back to looking normal and then even beautiful, to where I felt whole again, is more than I could ever ask for, and I am so thankful for him for that.
Final Thoughts about Dr. O'Daniel
People are constantly coming up to me. I have a 23-year-old son, and when I tell people that, they … First of all, they can’t believe it. They say, “You don’t look anywhere near old enough to have a 23-year-old son.” Well, I do. I always give all the credit to Dr. O’Daniel
, because I am a product of his creation. He doesn’t do anything that’s unnecessary. It’s just purely maintenance, and he would never encourage anything in excess. What you see today is because of Dr. O’Daniel’s expertise.
