Secondary Rhinoplasty: Drooping, wide, asymmetrical tip with unbalanced facial profile
A secondary open tip rhinoplasty was preformed to reconstruct the nasal tip to balance the nasal profile with the chin projection.
Multiple grafts were used to stabilize the nasal tip shape and position to also balance the
tip with the previous dorsal resection.
