Rhinoplasty: Dorsal hump with thin nasal tip and retracted ala
Patient want a reduction if the nasal dorsal and widening of the nasal type with reduction alar retraction.
An open rhinoplasty was performed to reduce the nasal dorsal hump and cartilage grafts
were used to widen the nasal tip with alar grafts place to reduce the alar rim retraction.
